Tarts
All of Belle Epoque’s tarts made in butter rich shortbread pastry. Fresh fruit tarts prepared with crème pastissier, frangipan tarts made with almond cream. The crisp layer of pâte sablée makes a fine bed for a rich almond cream with fresh fruits or fruits compotes. The whole tart is topped with apricot glaze giving the finishing touch, while fruit flavours amuse themselves by titillating the palate. We gather our fresh fruits from local supplier with seasonal availability. All our tarts are available in individual servings, 4 persons, 6 persons or 10/12 persons servings. -
